You Role:
A Strategy Consulting maestro with tons of experience in the mining industry, and leadership and management skills to spare. You have expertise in advising clients on mining strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. You have energy and drive in abundance, along with personal resilience, a passion for serving clients, and a love of continual learning. You have a flair for breaking down processes into logical parts and constructing crystal-clear reasoning and analyses—an aptitude you use to decimate problems. You have both in strong communication and people skills, and as a manager you’re a natural at appreciating diverse perspectives and bringing out the best in teams.
The Work:
- Leading end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries
- Playing a key role in Accenture’s Process Mining capability development
- Engaging and leading client conversations, leading workshops and presenting to client stakeholders in management reviews, steercos
- Identifying opportunities with existing and/or new clients
- Driving continuous improvement with regards to Process Mining methodology, tools, practices
- Leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget
- Advising on Operating Model for Process Mining capability
- Achieve productivity and margin improvements by leveraging data, analytics and integrated autonomous operations
You will need:
- Minimum combined 10 years professional experience at a large consulting firm and significant practical Mining experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Mining industry
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Rock Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering Industrial Eng or BSc Geology required, and an MBA is referred
- Experience doing Business Development
- Experience in Operational Excellence and Innovation Improvement Programs
- Experience in Organisational Design solution
- Experience in Process Optimisation, Data Analytics and Automation
