Full-time We are currently sourcing for a Portfolio Strategist for our client who is one of the leaders in the automotive industry. The role is based in Kariega, Eastern Cape.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Lead Projects for upcoming new products
- Identifying opportunities for product expansion
- Exploring new markets for exports of local products
- Analysis and creation of business processes and financial targets for business cases
- Implementation of business plans
- Establishment of effective international networks in the Group
Education and Experience
- A 3-year tertiary qualification in Marketing, Finance or Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Knowledge and experience of the Automotive Industry and related business processes
Skills, Attributes & Other requirements
ESSENTIAL:
- Comprehensive understanding of Cars and their manufacturing processes
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong economic, analytic, problem solving and execution capabilities
- Strong leadership and motivational qualities
- An excellent communicator and negotiator. English essential, German an advantage
- A natural networker, across international boundaries
- Entrepreneurial thinking
