One of our Business Consulting client is currently looking for a Talent and Organizational Leader to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Develop thought leadership and engage industry and professional groups profiling insights and capabilities
  • Acts as the local Talent and Organisation/Human Potential interlock and influence input and insight into the Talent and Organisation/Human global practice. Provide insights on local market needs and localising content for market relevance.
  • Develop strong relationships with key client buyers at the Business unit /Division /Function /Country Head level; client decision making typically localized/centralized
  • Makes a strong contribution as the Talent and Organisation/Human Potential Talent business representative on the Africa leadership team.
  • Identify growth opportunities; prioritize and set direction for the key Human Capital specific initiatives/offerings in Africa to support growth and profitable delivery. In addition, collaborate with Africa Sales Strategy Lead, Offering leads, and others to provide feedback and input on market competitiveness of offerings in Africa
  • Ensure the practice has the leadership and talent in place to support the initiatives/offerings and growth with a focus on sales effectiveness/excellence through capability building
  • Leads the Talent and Organisation/Human Potential talent transformation agenda and drive the differentiated employee experience for the practice
  • Lead multiple projects in a diverse and challenging range of industries with a demonstrated ability to operate in rapidly evolving and changing environments and be comfortable with driving tangible results for our clients
  • Use functional experience and digital technology leadership, in helping broaden their impact and strategic influence across their enterprise, through creating and implementing digital/technology enabled employee centric solutions and tools that enable higher efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the workforce
  • Leverage enterprise workforce analytics to equip clients with meaningful data, insights and analytics to power digital solutions that transform business through proactively addressing workforce needs
