TsholofelO Ramodibe
Mr TC Ramodibe is the co-founder and Group Managing Director of Boikago Group – Boikago Recruitment Agency, Boikago Training & Development and Boikago HR Consulting. He holds a BCom Degree in Accounting from Wits University, a Diploma in HR management from UNISA and an International Sales Certificate from IBM Global Sales School.
Tsholofelo is a Board Member of APSO (Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations) and has extensive management experience in the Recruitment, Education and ICT industries. This has influenced him to hold leadership roles in companies such as Naspers, Adcorp Holdings and IBM Corporation.
Since 2007 he managed to acquire an exclusive business relationship for HR solutions with top firms such as Alstom, Anglo American, TWP Projects and Kellogg Brown Root amongst others not mentioned.
