Full-time A well known packaging manufacturing company based in PE is looking for Corrugator Machine Operators
As a Corrugator Machine Operator you will set up, operate, and maintain corrugating machines to produce corrugated board for packaging, ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor the corrugator machine to ensure it runs at optimal levels.
- Setup and Calibration: Set up, calibrate, and adjust the corrugating machine for different production runs.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on the machine and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Quality Control: Inspect and grade the finished corrugated sheets for quality control purposes.
- Production Efficiency: Ensure optimal production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of production runs, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in operating machinery and a strong understanding of production processes in the corrugated packaging industry.
- At least N3 qualification plus 3 years experience as a corrugation machine operator
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to ensure quality control and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
