Full-time Temporary SAP Test Manager
Position : Temporary positions (+- 1 years)
Location: Centurion
Salary range : R66 000 – R88 000 (pending on relevant experience)

Brief Role Description
- The Test Manager will be responsible for successful implementation of the SAP EWM project.
- Planning the business/system process testing, leading the test execution (User Acceptance Testing), achieving the agreed test outcomes to ensure operational stability.
- Managing corrections to be made by service providers. End to end test process.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Review of project deliverables (test concept, test cases, scripts, test documentation, test reporting, error handling)
- Executing the test concept according to the quality goals and test activities.
- Define requirements and coordinate setup of the technical test environment, test data management, test tool selection.
- Coordination and administration of all test activities
- Preparing of testing scenarios
- Automation of regression tests
- Issue and error handling and reporting.
- Validating and reporting system defects.
- Monitoring and controlling test process quality and results.
- Identifying, conception and monitoring of the execution of test processes/projects.
- Obtaining final users acceptance and sign-off test results
Qualification requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 3 years or more experience in SAP ECC6 to SAP EWM cutover
- Experience in leading testing teams and managing testing activities in a project life cycle.
Added Advantage
- Extensive experience as a SAP Test Manager or a similar role in SAP EWM
Temporary Cutover Manager
Position : Temporary positions (+- 1 years)

Brief Role Description
- The successful candidate will provide system cutover services to SAP EWM Project.
- Ensure all activities required to migrate from a legacy system to a new system are planned for and executed correctly and timeously
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Liaise with stakeholders, establish a contact list and distribute it to all stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings to determine status of deployment activities
- Leads cutover Pre Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-Live activities.
- Cutover activities among other includes Planning, Communication, Warehouses preparations, Managing batch Jobs and Interfaces, System preparations, Data Cleansing, Manual Cutover Activities, Test Data Preparation, Stock Load Checks, Printer & Scanner Checks, Business Readiness Check, System Setup
- Pre-Go-Live Activities are to Define cutover detailed plan, checklist and project plan, Simulate cutover activates in quality environment specifically related to data migration and user access migration, Ensure IT connectivity to the new system before cutover day and Draw improvements from previous projects cutover lessons learned documentation (lessons learnt in EWM rollout in other markets within the Group).
- Go-Live Activities are to Stop legacy system batch jobs and legacy system interfaces with external systems, Handover system to IT for IT activities and System Testing
- Post-Go-live Activities are to Arrange a Hypercare phase where any problems after go-live are dealt with swiftly and Decommissioning of the legacy system
Qualifications & Experience requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5 years or more experience in cutover management in large scale project.
- Experience in SAP project(s)
