SAP FICO/HANA Systems Analyst

An international automotive OEM is looking for a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to serve as the FICO System Key User within Group Aftersales Finance.  This role is responsible for maintaining financial systems, driving system enhancements, and supporting business processes through SAP and Power BI solutions, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient operations.  This position is based in Centurion

Job Description and Responsibilities      

• Maintain and monitor FICO processes, resolving system errors and ensuring data accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end SAP activities and financial reporting systems.
• Develop and enhance SAP queries and Power BI reports to meet business needs.
• Lead and support system projects and process improvements (incl. SAP S/4HANA).
• Coordinate system integrations and interface solutions across Group Parts systems.
• Act as a key liaison between business, IS and external service providers.
• Provide business support, user training and audit compliance for financial systems

Education and Experience

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Information Systems or related field
• A post-graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Management would be advantageous
• 3–5 years’ experience in business systems and financial processes.
• SAP certification (FI – Finance, MM – Materials Management, MD- Master Data, SD – Sales Distributor, EWM – Extended Warehouse Management, S/4HANA) and/or SQL advantageous.
• Power BI experience
• SQL for Data Analysis experience
• Solid financial and business process understanding.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.
