BUSINESS PROCESS AND SAP SUPPORT ANALYST
An exciting opportunity is available for a highly skilled and experienced Business Process and SAP Support Analyst. Reporting to the Regional Executive for Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following (amongst other duties):
- Assist SAP users with daily transactions and procedures across all SAP modules
- Respond to user inquiries or escalate issues within 24 hours
- Collaborate with business process support team to resolve issues
- Evaluate and enhance business processes
- Implement improvements, create SAP cue cards and flow charts
- Conduct on-the-job training for SAP users
- Create and maintain master data across all SAP modules in accordance with established protocols • Create material costings per DRM instructions and seek approval before implementations • Assist with the monthly costing run – investigate errors and/or warnings raised in monthly costing run and resolve them
- Assess the impact of master data and pricing conditions on financial statements
- Coordinate and execute data cleaning activities
- Work with regional and group SAP teams to implement projects and developments
- Testing of new SAP developments and processes in the SAP QAS system before implementation • Support the business process team with day-to-day queries and reports
- Keep a ticket tracking register with detailed record of issues and solutions
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification (Business Administration or equivalent)
- Proven work experience in Business Process Support role (5 years working experience) • Strong understanding of business processes within SAP modules: FI, MM, PP, SD, QM
- Experience in Project Management will be advantageous
- Computer literate, specifically Excel proficiency
- Proven SAP Support and query resolution experience
- Ability to manage master data and understand financial implications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communications and collaboration skills.
- Customer service oriented, patient, and supportive
- Team player
- Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
- Able to work flexible working hours (overtime when/if needed)
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests
