An international ICT management consulting firm is looking for IT Applications & Test Engineers to be based in West & East Africa regions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the sprints release for (TWCF,HSM,TWCMS Pin Printing, Cards Personalization) Implementation ,testing and forwarding them to production from Production Support prospective. Documenting the changes involved in the sprints, preparing the Release changes, deploying the release into preprod environment and performing the sanity and NFR testing
  • Responsible for supporting the sprints release for ATM Implementation ,testing and forwarding them to production from Production Support prospective. Documenting the changes involved in the sprints, preparing the Release changes, deploying the release into preprod environment and performing the sanity and NFR testing
  • Key client facing role supporting the Relationship Manager / Delivery Manager to help determine Client specific requirements to drive a product / project solution design, with appropriate delivery cost and efforts.Will be responsible for DOU (Document of Understanding) for the BRD (Business Requirements Document) provided by client. In case of non-standard project as well as associated Scope Document as per Project Requirement mentioned in BSF. Pivotal liaison role working with relevant internal & external stakeholders and Technical Team Leads (Product / System Owners) to align the Client requirements. Produce documentation to articulate the solution design & Statement of Work to relationship Manager.Support business case creation, responses to RFP / proposals.  Engage directly with Vendors, Service providers to obtain solution relevant to the client base you are supporting.  Trusted relationship with the Client be the detailed Voice of the Customer in the design and delivery ensuring commitments are managed and achieved. Close working relationship with the Client, technical team and act as a key conduit between the Internal teams, NI business and Project Manager.
  • Senior Test Engineer is part of one or more scrum teams and works on daily basis to support our change delivery process. Senior Test Engineer delivers ensures that the features and functionalities delivered on NI – Ngenius payment platform are defect free and conform to the specifications and the goals of stakeholders. Work continuously on enhancing the automation areas related to POS,ATM ,Ecomm, Auth and mandate testing.
  • Responsible for supporting the sprints release for POS Implementation ,testing and forwarding them to production from Production Support prospective. Documenting the changes involved in the sprints, preparing the Release changes, deploying the release into preprod environment and performing the sanity and NFR testing
  • Responsible for supporting BAU Incidents and Service requests for  (TWO,TWFA,TWOFP,ATM,FIMI,HISDK,UDPI,POS,Card Control,ECOMM) from Production Support prospective. Documenting the changes involved in the BAU tickets
  • Responsible for supporting the sprints  for (TWO,TWFA,TWOFP,FIMI,HISDK,UDPI,Card Control,ECOMM) Implementation and  release testing and forwarding them to production from Production Support prospective. Documenting the changes involved in the sprints, preparing the Release changes, deploying the release into preprod environment and performing the sanity and NFR testing
  • The role of Regional CIO  is to manage directly all the teams responsible for clients Projects delivery and  technology BAU Production Support on soil for all Network Lite Products and sponsoring Network One  introduction to the designated region , reporting Directly to Group CIO Processing

MINIMUM CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years experience as a IT Systems / Applications engineer
  • A minimum of National Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or similar
  • TWCF,HSM,TWCMS Pin Printing, Cards Personalization
  • TWO,ATM,FIMI,HISDK
  • Payment processing and Card Management, Payment Acquiring, ATM services, Value Added Services.
  • Issuing, Acquiring, POS, ATM, Certification and API testing,Stress Testing ,UAT,Regressions Testing.
